  • Log in using the link and details from your invitation.
  • Ensure your browser is up-to-date.
  • Contact support at support@kagoevents.com if you encounter issues.
  • Find your session in the Agenda section and join 15 minutes early.
  • Test your audio and video before starting.
  • Use the Chat and Questions features to engage with attendees.
  • Choose a quiet, well-lit space with a neutral background.
  • Start with an introduction, use visuals, and pause for questions.
  • Inform the moderator immediately if technical issues occur.
  • Access session recordings within 48 hours.
  • Complete the feedback survey and connect with attendees using networking tools.
  • Share session highlights on social media and tag Kago Events.
