How to add a ticket for your kago events Hybrid Conference event?

To add a ticket for your Kago Events Hybrid Conference event, follow these steps:

Log in to Kago Events

  • Log in to your Kago Events account using your credentials.

Select Your Event

  • From the dashboard, select the hybrid conference event for which you want to add a ticket.

Navigate to the Ticketing Section

  • In the event dashboard, look for the Ticketing or Registration section.

Create a New Ticket

  • Click on Add New Ticket or Create Ticket to start adding a ticket for your event.
  • You may have the option to create different types of tickets, such as:
    • General Admission: For general attendees.
    • VIP Tickets: For premium access or special privileges.
    • Free Tickets: For complimentary access.
    • Paid Tickets: For attendees who need to purchase access.

Configure Ticket Details

  • Ticket Name: Enter a descriptive name for the ticket (e.g., “General Admission,” “VIP Access”).
  • Ticket Price: Set the price for the ticket (if applicable). You can set it to free or a specific amount.
  • Quantity: Define the number of tickets available for this type.
  • Access Type: Choose whether the ticket grants access to both in-person and virtual sessions, or specify which parts of the event it applies to (e.g., virtual-only or in-person-only).
  • Ticket Description: Provide a brief description of what the ticket includes (e.g., access to all virtual sessions, exclusive in-person networking opportunities).

Set Registration Requirements

  • Define any registration requirements or fields that attendees need to fill out when purchasing or registering for the ticket.
  • You can ask for information such as name, email, organization, etc.

Save and Publish

  • Once all ticket details are configured, click Save or Publish to make the ticket available for attendees.

Promote the Ticket

  • Share the ticket link with your audience through email, social media, or on your event website.
  • Attendees can then register and purchase tickets through the provided link.
